Blooming since 2012, FlyBlooms makes it easy to add a pop of color to your wardrobe with one accessory. FlyBlooms offers hair blooms, lapel pins, infinity scarves, African Wax Print skirts, clutches and headwraps, jewelry, crystals and more. FlyBlooms also offered the curated creations of 10 black and/or woman-owned business from across the country to offer candle, unique pins, zodiac cards, art, poetry and children’s books.

Poetry is my first love but my desire to become an entrepreneur was sparked in the 5th grade. My teacher wrote “Entrepreneur” on the chalkboard and I immediately asked, “What’s that?” He shared the definition and I said, “That’s what I want to be.” My dad was hoping for a doctor or a lawyer in the family. I ultimately became the best of both of my parents: an educator and an entrepreneur.
